WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?

We operate by appointment only. Our general hours are 10 to 4, Tuesday-Saturday, but we may accommodate special requests outside these hours with prior arrangement.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST VISIT?

During your first visit, you will be greeted warmly and asked to fill out a brief health and wellness questionnaire. This helps us tailor the treatment to your specific needs. After that, your therapist will explain the process and answer any questions you might have before starting the treatment.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY APPOINTMENT?

You can wear whatever makes you comfortable. For massages and body treatments, you will be provided with a robe and disposable undergarments. For other services like facials, you can remain in your regular clothing.

Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 100% fee.

IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
